| This program and it's location appear to have changed ownership multiple times since our first reports of abuse. In reviewing the information available online, it appears that this program/location is under new ownership and under new leadership. It appears to be a private, co-ed, Christian school. It is unclear if it is still a "boarding school" or if it is simply a private day school. There is not much clear information available about the new school. However, they kept the location and the name associated with the history of the program and this is a concern. We are in the process of confirming whether or not VCA/LCA as it existed in the past still exists. If you can confirm that this program as was run by Michael Palmer and/or Russell Cookston is closed and no longer operating, please let us know. Please let us know and we will accept valid, confirmable information showing that this program is closed and that the "new" venture is independent of and not acting in the same manner as VCA/LCA under Palmer.
