Charles Kapp VP Intensive Services Kapp has been with NorthKey since it was known as Children's Psychiatric Hospital (CPH).  One survivor, T., states: "The only name on that list that sounds familiar is Charles Kapp. He was a psychiatrist there when I was there. He acted like he was a real nice guy, but he seemed way out of touch with the reality of what was going on there."

Joseph Willett Staff at CPH Willett was with CPH in 1990.
Maria Pinho Staff at CPH Pinho was with CPH in 1990.  A CPH survivor, T., said this: "One of the psychiatrists there at the time was Maria Pinho (who I believe was from Portugal). She told my parents about CPH before I went in, and
conspired with the school system to place me there. She was thoroughly incompetent. Every session consisted of her saying "You sound like a very unhappy young man" and not really doing anything."
Leah McGowan (Elam) Staff/Nurse at CPH McGowan/Elam was with CPH in 1990.  A CPH survivor, T., said this: "A nurse named Leah Elam. (I think her name is now Leah McGowan.) She threatened to pull my weekend privileges if I tried pressuring my parents into trying to remove me from CPH. She also threatened to withhold meals if I couldn't eat an item at dinner."
Dwayne Evans (sp) Staff at CPH Evans was with CPH in 1990.  A CPH survivor, T., said this: "Another staffer was Dewayne Evans. (I'm not sure of the spelling.) He attacked me once after accusing me of painting on a table with ink."
 
Dan Hovland Staff at CPH Hovland was with CPH in 1990.  A CPH survivor, T., said this: "Another was Dan Hovland, who was an all-around mean character."
Scott (no last name) Staff at CPH Scott (last name?) was with CPH in 1990.
Kathy O'Rourke Staff/Social Worker O'Rourke was with CPH in 1990.  A CPH survivor, T., said this: "There was a social worker type of person named Kathy O'Rourke, who was argumentative and lied to my parents." 
OTHER OTHER A CPH survivor, T., said this: "One of the major practices at CPH was to use a restraint device called a "boat", and to show it on a monitor screen to make an example of the person."

This facility is "accredited" by the Joint Commission.  The Joint Commission has been in repeat trouble and is in danger of losing their license to accredit due to failure to protect patient's rights and enforce patient safety standards.
