well if u want the whole story.... crossraods was "pastor gary"s first
venture into mass manipulation. i should know. i am his neice. my mom
and leslie martinez are cousins.

he first started "grace community church" in laplace louisiana, and 40
miles south of thier current location. when i was 13, my mom and i
started to go there. i was a troubled child due to the fact i never
completly got over the fact that i was raped as a child. this left my
family wide open for the mind games gary liked to play. my mother
jumped head into the church draging me along with her, mostly kicking
and screaming i might add. it really didnt get so bad until my mother
put into the school they started, "cornerstone chirstian academy". now
my mother worked there to put me through this school with out being
paid and also with him paying taxes that one should when there's
employees such as medicare.... now mind you, my father felt he could
not say anything about the way my mom thought to raise me because this
is what gary thought was best for me and he was a "man of God".

now at the time i was 15 or so i was put on medication because of sever
depression. shortly i was put on this medication, gary told my mother
that medication was not the answer. i was possessed by deamons. yes my
mother believed him and i reluctantly went through with what some would
call an exsorism, which was very tramatic for some one like me. i was
taken off the medication rather aburptly, and i went through with
drawals. the medicine was e-fexor and depacote, one of which is a
lithium based drugs and can make a person have a break down if stop
aburptly like i was. this caused me to have such a break down in the
middle of school one day, in which i tried to kill myself. of course
gary blamed this on my mother for staying with my father. u see my
father wasnt buying into the whole believe in gary and u will be saved.
gary told my mother that she should leave me dad, that he was a bad
influence on me and was hindering my growthas a christian. gary said
that he would pay for my treatment at a christain ranch up in northern
louisiana call mount grace as long as my mother would leave my dad and
work for him at the church with out the pay she wasnt getting. now
mount grace was a place for grown women who were mostly convicted of
drug related crimes and non-voilent crimes. i was only a troubled teen
who's medicine and mind was being fucked with by some one how had a
degree in psychology and business, something fishy here??? he got free
and now willing labor from my mother once my father was gone because my
mother could no longer be feed reason, reason from my father which gary
did not want her to hear.

after my two months were up at mouont grace, i came back to gcc and cca
to be charged by gary and my intire class with writing threatening
letter to fellow classmates, which i did not do. the only way they
apparently knew about these so called leters is that gary read them to
the class. now i didnt write them but there is no doubt in my mind that
he did. consecquentially i got kicked out of my class by a vote of my
peers because of these so called letters.

at this point i said screw it. i got me two jobs, skipped bible class
every morning, and got the best grades i possibly could on other
things. becuase of my refusal to participate in bible class i recieved
and f in it. fine with me ecept that i had a full paid scholarship
riding on my grades. he hung that scholarship over my head as much as
he could. i did the required work nessissary to get out of that class
and i graduated in 2001.

what was messed up about graduation was that the one who got to average
our grades was none other than the perfect son of pastor gary martinz,
scotty martinez, and of course he was validictorian.

now another thing that i about screamed at during graduation is that
they almost didnt let half of the class walk becuase there was a split
goin on at the church and the deacons (the splitor) daughter almost
didnt graduate.

now a couple of years ago, i have tried to get into college. i was told
that the diploma that i recieved wasnt worth the paper it was printed
on. i was not recognized by any state as a high school graduate.

now at the age of 23, i am about to go for ged testing. and yes i have
over 50 college credits to my name.

there is a bunch of stories about the so called man of god and his
crocked ways. i havnt even gone into how he wound up messing my mother
over badly after he decided to move up to roseland. all his dealings
are dirty but unfortunately i can not stop this bastard from doin these
things. maybe you can!
