CHURCH OF PHILOSOPHICAL EXPLORATION'S HEAL MISSION STATEMENT

The SEED was a PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION that received a grant from the federal government through the Department of Health and Human Services (NOT the CIA) which branched out into multiple cults/programs (including CEDU) and was shut down in terms of federal funding after the hearing in 1974.  The privatized versions are still causing issues and often featured on the watch-list enrolled in the Conversion Program to the right.

Is segregating (i.e. enrolling in segregated congregate care like a group home, residential treatment, boarding school, or boot camp) a child or loved one against their will without a court order a crime?  Potentially Yes.
